When you decide to use decorative concrete and contact us to make this a reality, you can expect the following from us:

1. We arrange to visit the site where we discuss your wishes and budget and provide you with ideas of the possible colours and designs. During this visit we also measure and inspect the site.
2. You will receive a written quote from us within 48 hours.
3. Once you approve our quote, we arrange a time to start. We will meet on site again to discuss any changes or questions that may arise.
4. Finally we commence the site works, which may include a bobcat and earthworks, preparation of the sand and setting up formwork. From this point, it usually takes us 3 days (not necessarily consecutive days) to finish the work as the concrete needs time to dry and harden during the process.
